Key Responsibilities

• Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings.
• Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties' responses.
• Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required).
• 0-2 years of legal experience, including relevant internships, clerkships, or law school clinics.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
