About the role

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join their team in Columbus, GA. Practice and hospital volumes are high and continue to grow, attracting patients from the greater Columbus area and into East Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team dedicated to quality, patient satisfaction, innovation, and maintaining a supportive practice culture.
• Practice in a setting that includes a Level 2 Trauma Center, Neuroscience Center of Excellence, and a newly renovated Emergency and Trauma Center.
• Participate in an interventional radiology program that performs mechanical thrombectomies for acute ischemic strokes.
• Collaborate with Neurology services including a dedicated Neuroscience floor with an attached Neuro ICU.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Experience in Neurosurgery preferred.
