Compensation and Benefits

Neurosurgery (NSGY) offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an $800,000 guaranteed salary, quality bonuses, and RVU bonuses. Additional benefits include $90,000 in student loan assistance, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and $15,000 in relocation assistance. The package also includes health benefits, CME, PTO, and a $6,500 CME allowance.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

The selected candidate will practice general neurosurgery, with approximately 4 days of surgery per week. The facility is a 310-bed hospital with a Level 3 Trauma center and a team of 3 other neurosurgeons on staff. The call rotation is 1:4.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery.
