Neurosurgeon

Seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon to join an established Neuroscience Service Line in a well‑supported, autonomous practice. This role offers long‑term stability, clinical independence, and a sustainable practice model within a mature infrastructure and multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurosurgical care with approximately 80% spine and 20% cranial cases.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:3 (10 days per month).
• Influence clinical workflows and service line growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurology, neurocritical care, neuroradiology, and outpatient specialists.
• Support inpatient, outpatient, and peri‑operative care with experienced advanced practice providers.

• Proven neurosurgical expertise with a focus on spine and cranial procedures.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, physician‑led environment.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
