About the role
HealthPartners is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join their metro-area team at Regions Hospital, a nationally recognized Level 1 Adult/Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-performing team that includes neuro-critical care, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, interventional radiology, skull base/aneurysm, pain/interventional pain, trauma service, and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert neurosurgical care to patients at Regions Hospital
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of neurosurgical knowledge
- Develop and maintain a successful private practice within the HealthPartners network
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in neurosurgery
Requirements
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Current Medical License in the state of Minnesota
- Fellowship training in Neurosurgery is preferred but not required

Pay
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

The on-call schedule is designed to promote long-term practice success and job satisfaction while minimizing burnout. The clinic block and modern technology provide additional practice appeal.
