Neurosurgeon

About the role

Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a growing, collaborative, physician-led Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Physiatry Service Line. The role involves comprehensive neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings, utilizing advanced technology and working within a strong referral network.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a broad range of neurosurgical conditions
• Perform elective and urgent neurosurgical procedures
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
• Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and staff activities, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current ATLS certification, unrestricted DEA registration
• Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid participation

• Experience in both hospital and outpatient neurosurgical practice settings
