Neuroradiology

About the role

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join a growing community-based division, providing comprehensive neuroradiology services across multiple hospitals and outpatient centers. This role offers the chance to practice a full range of neuroradiology in a supportive environment, with access to academic resources and a collegial team, serving diverse communities in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting CT, MRI, CTA/MRA, head/neck imaging, and routine radiography
• Performing image-guided procedures
• Participating in multidisciplinary case conferences
• Collaborating with various medical specialists to optimize patient care
• Approximately 90-95% of effort dedicated to clinical service, with 5-10% allocated to administrative and service activities such as quality improvement, protocol development, peer review, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state
• Strong clinical skills, collaborative approach, and commitment to patient-centered care
