About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC subspecialty-trained Neuroradiologist to join a well-established and growing radiology team in the Austin, Texas area. This position offers exceptional flexibility, hybrid remote/onsite work options, and multiple scheduling models designed to support a variety of professional and lifestyle preferences.

Schedule

Flexible Scheduling Options – Candidates may choose from several scheduling structures:

  • Traditional Hybrid Schedule
    • Hybrid onsite/remote daytime coverage
    • No evenings or weekends
  • Alternating Week Hybrid Schedule
    • Every-other-week + 13 weekends
    • Hybrid onsite/remote daytime coverage
  • Evening Remote Schedule
    • Fully remote evening coverage (2 PM – 10 PM)
    • 7-on / 14-off schedule
    • 15 additional shifts per year

These flexible models provide opportunities for strong work-life balance while maintaining a collaborative and high-quality clinical practice environment.

Responsibilities

Daytime or evening responsibilities will primarily focus within Neuroradiology (MR and CT) and a minor mix of general diagnostic radiology. Breast imaging and Interventional Radiology are covered by dedicated subspecialists. Onsite coverage includes both hospital and outpatient imaging centers. Shift and per-click internal moonlighting options are available.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Texas
  • Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology through the appropriate specialty board
