About the role
The Vancouver Clinic is hiring a fellowship-trained neuroradiologist for their 7-person radiology department. They are an independent, 100% physician-owned, multispecialty group in southwest Washington, located 15 minutes from Portland, in a state with no income tax.
Compensation
- Earned $550K–$665K in 2025 by choice of shift count.
- Average shift rate of ~$736K~$4,000/9-hour shift ($440/hour) is the 2026 YTD partner rate.
- Pooled partnership model: RVUs go into a monthly pool and are distributed pro-rata by shifts worked, on an average workload of 72 wRVU/day.
- Full partner shift rate from day 1 — no associate discount.
- Two-year partnership track with no large buy-in.
- Starting bonus up to $35,000, scaled to FTE.
Schedule
- 8 AM to 5 PM weekday shifts.
- 3–4 shifts per week is what most of us work by choice; more available if you want it.
- One in-person day per week; the rest remote.
- No call. No nights. No weekends.
- No hospital responsibilities.
Work
- ~95% of your MR volume will be neuro.
- CT, ultrasound, plain film, and PET/CT are shared equally across the department.
- No mammography. No barium fluoroscopy. No IR.
- 7 radiologists, including 2 other fellowship-trained neuroradiologists.
- Volume is growing steadily, with a new CT coming online at their Camas site.
- Tools include Visage PACS, 3 Siemens 1.5T MRIs, 2 dual-energy CTs (3rd arriving 2027), GE Logiq E10 ultrasound, and cloud-based PowerScribe.

The Columbia River Gorge starts at the edge of town. The Oregon coast is 90 minutes west. Housing runs from downtown high-rises to suburban neighborhoods to rural acreage with a view of the mountain.
