About the Role
Stony Brook University is seeking a Clinical Radiologist with fellowship training or equivalent in Neuroradiology to join a busy academic university hospital practice. This is a Level 1 trauma and stroke center with teaching, research, and leadership opportunities. The hospital includes a radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship, as well as a neuro interventional division. Open to new or recent graduates. Division Chief opportunity available.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical neuroradiology services, including CT, MR, and fMR.
- Engage in teaching and training for radiology residents and neuroradiology fellows.
- Participate in research and leadership activities within the department.
Requirements
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
- NYS Licensure (eligible).
- Board Certified (eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Training or experience in Neuroradiologic CT, MR, and fMR.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Fellowship or equivalent experience in Neuroradiology.
