Summary

A professional specializing in diagnosing and treating diseases of the brain, emotional disturbances and behavior problems. A clinical psychologist specializing in the relationship between behavior and brain function.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in the outpatient clinic practice primarily providing neuropsychological assessment and treatment of adult cancer patients.
  • Participating in the clinical, educational, and research activities of the department.
  • Experience in an oncology setting and research experience in oncology preferred.

Requirements

  • A Florida psychology license as a Ph.D. or Psy.D. or be license eligible.
  • Completion of a pre-doctoral internship and a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical setting and/or an oncology setting preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
