About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new drug formulations and delivery systems
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and EMA guidelines
• Lead project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
• Experience with drug formulation and manufacturing processes

Qualifications
