NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Tucson AZ

About the role

This remote field-based role focuses on driving specialty pharmaceutical growth through strategic account management and targeted education within a defined territory. You will partner closely with healthcare providers and internal cross‑functional teams to expand product adoption, address territory‑specific barriers, and support strong ethical and compliant execution in a regulated environment. Success requires disciplined territory planning, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent field presence across in‑person and virtual interactions. Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in‑person and virtual communications
• Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
• Establish strong communication with internal partners across multiple functions
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines
• Maintain full field presence with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or a related field with 4+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, including 3+ years in specialty sales, preferably in Psychiatry or Neurology
• Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices

Pay

$123,100 – $168,000 annually
