MercyOne North Iowa Neurology is seeking a full-time neurologist to join a dynamic team of providers. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $370,000 and a $100,000 bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.
Shift Description
Inpatient/Outpatient split
Sub-specialty interest in EEG, EMG, Epilepsy, Sleep, MS, and Movement Disorders welcome in the context of general Neurology
Responsibilities
- Participate in Grand Rounds
- Teaching opportunity for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents and medical students
- Highly competitive compensation package, including $370,000 salary and $100,000 bonus package
- Full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage, $6,000 CME/year, 2 retirement plans, generous PTO package, and so much more
- Up to $15,000 in moving allowance
Requirements
- BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
- H1B Visa & J1 candidates encouraged to apply
- PSLF eligible
Qualifications
- Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
- Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible
- Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
