Neurology Physician Associate
About the role
The Neurology Physician Associate at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is part of a supportive and collaborative team of three PAs and 11 Neurologists. The role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice with excellent onboarding and training support. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no call required. The compensation package includes competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions under the supervision of licensed physicians
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Licensed Physician Assistant in good standing in the state of Maine
- Current DEA license
- Experience in neurology preferred, but not required

Pay
$120,500 - $125,008 annual base salary with potential for additional compensation based on productivity.
Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule with no call required.
