About the role

Join a collaborative, experienced team of two neurologists and one nurse practitioner. Assume a robust population of patients affected by dementia, memory loss, movement disorders, and other neurological conditions in need of advanced diagnosis and ongoing treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assume a robust population of patients affected by dementia, memory loss, movement disorders, and other neurological conditions in need of advanced diagnosis and ongoing treatment.
• Tailor your practice based on subspecialty interests and expertise.
• Access to a strong interdisciplinary care team, including clinical neuropsychologists, neurosurgeons, neurohospitalists, and interventional radiologists.
• Research opportunities available through BayCare’s Neuro Science Institute, a major initiative focused on advancing neurological care.
• Benefit from an existing primary care referral base and large potential for growth and success.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Subspecialty interests in movement disorders, neurophysiology, or dementia/memory disorders are highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in general neurology is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
