Neurology Opportunity

About the role

As a Neurologist, you will perform comprehensive neurological examinations, interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT, EEG, and EMG, and diagnose a wide range of neurological conditions. You will develop personalized treatment plans, manage patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, and ensure accurate documentation within the EMR system. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians, neurosurgeons, and rehabilitation specialists, is essential. You will educate patients and families about neurological disorders and treatment options, participate in on‑call coverage, and contribute to clinical excellence and patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform neurological exams and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions
• Develop and implement treatment strategies
• Coordinate patient follow‑up and long‑term care
• Document patient encounters accurately and participate in on‑call duties
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and families

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neurology residency
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology, with preferred experience in stroke care and outpatient/inpatient neurology
• Active medical licensure or eligibility, current DEA registration, and BLS certification
• Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
