Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

About the role

This full-time position is located in Bronx, NY and Yonkers, NY, with a facility setting that includes both inpatient and outpatient neurology. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• No on-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform neurological evaluations and assessments
• Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with Neurologists
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Provide continuity of care and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active NP or PA License
• National Certification required
• Knowledge of stroke protocols
• Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Orthopedic experience preferred
