Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial targets.
• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring interventions align with patient needs and policies.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Review staff hours, approve payroll, coordinate staff communications, and manage staffing needs and assignments.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend improvements, and handle disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred. Licensure as an RN is required. Experience ranges from 2-5 years for supervisory roles; 5-10 years for more advanced positions. Supervisory experience is preferred, with emphasis on leadership, staff management, and operational oversight.
