About the role
This position is located at NYP/Queens and focuses on the specialty of Neurology, specifically in the areas of EMG/Neuromuscular.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients with neuromuscular disorders.
- Conduct EMG and nerve conduction studies to diagnose and manage neuromuscular conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participate in research activities related to neuromuscular diseases.
Requirements
- Current New York State medical license.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology.
- Experience in EMG/Neuromuscular diagnostics preferred.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Passing scores on USMLE steps 1, 2, and 3.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing neuromuscular disorders.
