Qualifications
- Board eligible or certified in Neurology by ABPN
- Fellowship-trained in Headache Medicine and UCNS-certified; additional certification in Headache Medicine is a plus
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- Active/unrestricted medical license
- Completion of credentialing required
