Responsibilities
- Administer quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG), record brainwave activity, and process raw data using specialized software.
- Create detailed reports, collaborate with the family system, and present brain mapping results in a clear, relatable way for parents.
- Manage and prioritize scheduling to ensure students are seen consistently for treatment sessions.
- Compare treatment data over time to evaluate progress and recommend protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in treatment planning meetings.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with manufacturers for solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing research projects focused on advancing neurofeedback practices.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a state and federal background check
- Must pass a physical and drug screen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Experience: Preferred - Experience in case management or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: BS in Psychology from a regionally accredited university or college in the US
Skills
- Proficiency in specialized neurofeedback software
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
