Core Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 coaching and career assessments
- Design personalized career plans and job search strategies with the in-house materials
- Provide resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter writing & support
- Facilitate interview preparation and team communication guidance
- Track client progress and maintain accountability
- Communicate promptly with clients throughout the week
- Attend team meetings
- Daily communication with clients
- Set goals, expectations, and boundaries with clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of career coaching and counseling experience
- Proven success in helping clients secure jobs
- Resume writing experience
- Skilled in setting clear expectations and boundaries through direct, respectful communication
- Available to respond to clients and internal requests Monday–Friday in a timely manner
- Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Knowledge of neurodivergent coaching tools and strategies
