Neurodivergent Career Coach

Core Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 coaching and career assessments
• Create personalized career plans and job search strategies with in-house materials
• Provide resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter writing and support
• Facilitate interview preparation and team communication guidance
• Track client progress and maintain accountability
• Communicate promptly with clients throughout the week
• Attend team meetings
• Communicate with clients daily
• Set goals, expectations, and boundaries with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of career coaching and counseling experience
• Proven success in helping clients secure jobs
• Resume writing experience
• Skilled in setting clear expectations and boundaries through direct, respectful communication
• Available to respond to clients and internal requests Monday–Friday in a timely manner
• Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Knowledge of neurodivergent coaching tools and strategies
