About the role
This is a part-time position offering $32-$36 per hour and may include some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Performing and assisting with EEGs, EMGs, evoked potentials, nerve conduction studies, and polysomnograms
- Preparing patients and equipment for neurodiagnostic procedures
- Maintaining a professional and compassionate patient experience
- Monitoring and recording neurological activity accurately
- Preparing descriptive reports of recorded activity for physician interpretation
- Responding appropriately to patient needs and critical situations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology from an accredited program or equivalent experience preferred
- BCLS/CPR certification required
- At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly and appropriately to patient needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff
Pay
USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
