Neuro Step Down Nurse (Full Time/Part Time) (Days/Nights)

About the role

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and preferences. Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.

Schedule
