Neuro Step Down Nurse (Full Time/Part Time) (Days/Nights)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety standards. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN).Experience: No prior experience required; two years preferred for advanced roles.
