Neuro Occupational Therapist OT Full Time or PRN

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
• Address a range of needs including community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADLs, IADLs, and leisure skills
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy License in the state of NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

$40–$60 per hour
