Neuro Medicine Registered Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized Neuro Medicine and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, with opportunities to develop critical assessment, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural values.
• Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and coordinate care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree, RN license, and no prior experience needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
