About the Role
The Division Chief of Neurointerventional Radiology at UMass Memorial Health & UMass Chan Medical School seeks a dynamic and collaborative leader to manage neurointerventional procedures for stroke, aneurysms, and spinal vascular conditions. The successful candidate will foster interdisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams, and oversee a varied portfolio of clinical trials research.
Responsibilities
- Manage neurointerventional procedures for stroke, aneurysms, and spinal vascular conditions
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams
- Work closely with the New England Center for Stroke Research to help direct stroke and endovascular research
- Oversee a varied portfolio of clinical trials research
- Mentor faculty, residents, and fellows
- Promote research initiatives
- Contribute to the academic mission of UMMH and UMass Chan Medical School
Requirements
- Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training in Neurointerventional Radiology
- At least 5 years of clinical and leadership experience

- Strong leadership and academic accomplishments in a multidisciplinary setting
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Experience with clinical trials and research
