Neuro-Hospitalist

About the role

We are seeking a Neuro-Hospitalist in Conyers, GA who is committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients. Piedmont Rockdale is a 25-minute reverse commute from Atlanta proper and is part of the Piedmont system, which includes six Primary Stroke Centers and one thrombectomy capable center.

Responsibilities

• Help build up our existing neurology program and grow the neurosciences service line with the vision to become the highest quality and largest program in Georgia.
• Develop and foster the growth of our program and access state of the art technology.
• Be welcomed by the existing team of neurohospitalists at Piedmont Rockdale and other neuro specialists.

Requirements

• BC/BE Neurology MD or DO degree
• APP support
• Tele-Neurology in place 7 on/7 off shifts
• Stroke Managers at each location
• Ability to read EEGs is welcomed
