About the role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of occupational therapists
- Assist patients in performance of community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADLs, IADLs, and leisure skills under the direct supervision of the occupational therapists
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on progress towards goals
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Pay
$30–45 per hour
