Network Technician

Full Time/Non-Exempt position located at GBT Rush Center, KS. Golden Belt Telephone is seeking an experienced Network Technician to help maintain and strengthen the internet and voice infrastructure serving rural Western Kansas. Responsibilities

• Maintain and support routing, switching, Ethernet, IPTV, and central office systems
• Ensure reliable operation of voice and broadband networks
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to field teams
• Assist with upgrades, installs, and infrastructure improvements
• Help drive continuous improvement across our network environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of telecommunications or networking experience

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IP networking, LAN/WAN, VoIP, routing and switching

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers
