About the role
Support secure network environments, including Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities, in a full-time, on-site setting.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, audit, and support MS Windows networks and web/data applications.
- Manage internet protocols, file servers, firewalls, security systems, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to local customers and resolve system issues promptly.
- Perform hardware upgrades, firmware updates, system configurations, and data backups.
- Participate in planning meetings to prepare systems for operational use and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of IT experience.
- Must obtain DoD IAT Level II certification within 6 months.
- Applicable Windows certifications preferred.
Skills
- SCI/SAP experience desired.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, LAN/WAN, and security standards.
- Experience with cross-domain solutions and working independently in a DoD environment.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
- Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph.
- Ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in stationary or mobile environments.
