Network / System Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite). Contract position.

About the role

Join a dynamic team responsible for global employee collaboration services. This onsite contract position involves managing and supporting communication platforms, requiring expertise in unified communications, network design, and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support communication platforms, including call management and connections.
• Design, implement, and maintain global routing policies and plans.
• Develop automation solutions for provisioning, inventory management, and reporting.
• Lead lifecycle activities such as upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting unified communications environments.
• Strong experience with call management and voice technologies.
• Experience in administering large-scale enterprise voice environments.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, routing, and call flows.
• Working knowledge of server environments and platform integrations.
• Core technologies: Unified Communications, Voice Technologies, Automation Solutions, Server Environments, Platform Integrations.

Pay

$48.87‑$69.81 per hour
