Network Security Team Lead (Firewall & Operations)

We seek a Firewall Management Lead to oversee our global firewall security team, ensuring the protection of enterprise IT, manufacturing OT, connected products, and partner ecosystems. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously improving firewall services in alignment with cybersecurity standards and business goals. Collaborate with global teams to develop secure network architectures, manage firewall policies, monitor threats, and ensure service reliability. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to promote best practices, risk mitigation, and team development. Lead incident response, manage escalations, vendor relationships, and compliance activities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields, with at least 8 years in network security and 2+ years leading technical teams. Expertise in firewall technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, IPSec, and security principles, and familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and cloud security are required. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Work is primarily onsite with potential for remote work one day per week.
