Network Security Team Lead (Firewall & Operations)

Role Overview: Lead the global Firewall Management team to secure enterprise IT, manufacturing OT, connected products, and partner ecosystems. Responsibilities: Design, implement, operate, and improve firewall services in alignment with cybersecurity standards and business goals. Collaborate with global teams to develop secure network architectures, manage policies, monitor threats, and ensure service availability. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and operational oversight, driving best practices, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, vendor relationships, and compliance activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent. 8+ years in network security/infrastructure, with 2+ years leading teams. Expertise in firewall technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, IPSec, IDS/IPS. Knowledge of security standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and cloud security (Azure/AWS). Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
