Location: Medway, MA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
- Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
- Managing project budgets
- Participating in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
- Insuring that all parties are aware of project status
- Conducting deployment calls
What You’ll Be Doing...
As a Real Estate Specialist of Network Real Estate and Regulatory, you will have a key role supporting wireless real estate in busy and challenging New England.
- Delivering real estate entitlements to support evolving network enhancements
- Growing and managing relationships with internal and external partners
- Contract review and negotiation
- General problem solving
- Implementation of best practices
- Overall project management
- Building collaborative relationships with internal key business partners
- Understanding and addressing their priorities and challenges on an ongoing basis
- Delivering time and cost saving solutions to enhance the overall success of network enhancement projects
- Managing vendors during the real estate process in support of our new site build or site modification program
- Maintaining database systems and reports
- Managing regulatory approval requirements and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Interfacing with stakeholders including landlords, vendors, community officials, and legal counsel
- Maintaining database systems and reports
- Managing the end to end Real-Estate process through to construction handoff
- Works with Network Implementation teams in order to rectify on-site challenges preventing the advancement of network activations
- Collaborates with outside vendors including general contractors and architectural & engineering firms on project design and priorities to meet VZW standards and build schedules
- Hosts weekly routine planning and working sessions with critical vendors and internal stakeholders to review project scopes
- Resolving property management and landlord/tenant disputes
- The role requires some administrative functional support
What We’re Looking For...
- Bachelor's degree or Seven or more years of work experience
- Seven or more years of relevant work experience
- Five or more years of relevant real estate, municipal engagement, or contractual negotiation work
- Even better if you have one or more of the following desired skills:
- Wireless Site Acquisition Experience
- Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment
- Experience dealing with property management issues & disputes
- Ability to manage large scale, longer-duration projects to completion
