Contract position based in Tulsa, OK, requiring on-site presence and overnight availability. Coordination with offshore teams is expected.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot Cisco networking environments, including routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Utilize SolarWinds for network health monitoring, alert creation, and performance metric analysis.
- Support and troubleshoot SD-WAN (software-defined wide area networks).
- Work with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization environments.
- Interact with SCADA systems in industrial control and real-time monitoring environments.
- Operate within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar 24/7 support environment.
- Apply ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking (routers, switches, CCNA).
- Experience with SolarWinds network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure.
- SD-WAN support or troubleshooting experience.
- Exposure to SCADA systems or industrial control environments.
- Experience in a 24/7 NOC or similar support environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and coordinate with offshore teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) preferred.
- Experience in energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Pay
