- Makes sure computer networks are running smoothly.
- Solves technical problems by figuring out what’s wrong and picking the right fix.
- Analyzes data to help make decisions about how to run things better.
- Uses IP addresses to communicate inside and outside the company.
- Understands the big picture of how the company works and uses that knowledge to solve problems.
- Installs, sets up, configures, and manages different types of software and environments.
- Speaks clearly and listens carefully to understand and explain things.
- Tests systems to make sure they’re working as they should.
- Looks for ways to improve the website, apps, and other tools.
- Figures out what’s going wrong and suggests fixes to make things better.
