Responsibilities

• Makes sure computer networks are running smoothly.
• Solves technical problems by figuring out what’s wrong and picking the right fix.
• Analyzes data to help make decisions about how to run things better.
• Uses IP addresses to communicate inside and outside the company.
• Understands the big picture of how the company works and uses that knowledge to solve problems.
• Installs, sets up, configures, and manages different types of software and environments.
• Speaks clearly and listens carefully to understand and explain things.
• Tests systems to make sure they’re working as they should.
• Looks for ways to improve the website, apps, and other tools.
• Figures out what’s going wrong and suggests fixes to make things better.
