Network / NOC Analyst (Hybrid in Chicago + Naperville)

About the role

Hybrid position based in Chicago and Naperville (interchangeable). 5‑month contract, 40 hours per week. Shift: Saturday‑Wednesday, 7 am – 3 pm.

Responsibilities

• Resolving operations issues
• Troubleshooting network‑related issues (break/fix)

Requirements

• Recent experience as a Network Analyst or NOC Analyst/Engineer
• Prior Cisco routing/switching and network troubleshooting (firewall, router/switch)
• Analysis of routing and circuits
• Experience with Splunk or similar log‑analysis tools
• CCNA certification or actively working toward CCNA
• F5 load‑balancer experience
• DNS/DHCP server administration
• Firewall management – Checkpoint preferred; ensuring firewalls are operational
• Traffic analysis, log review, and vendor coordination
