Network Medical Director - (Field-based /Remote)

This field-based, remote role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with market stakeholders
• Lead physician-to-physician discussions to solve problems
• Assist in identifying and acting on new opportunities to improve service value
• Teach clinicians on Medicare Risk Adjustment and population health
• Establish evidence-based standards for clinical documentation
• Manage change effectively by establishing trust within teams
• Conduct reviews to identify areas for program improvement

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Critical Care
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Proven solid presentation and persuasion skills

Pay

$248,500 – $373,000 annually
