Network Engineer - Senior

Work You'll Do

• Design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize secure, high-availability enterprise network environments.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of routers, switches, and other network infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Optimize network architectures to improve availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions to maintain reliable network operations.
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate hardware, test architectures, and support custom network solutions.
• Contribute within Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and DevSecOps environments by supporting continuous improvement and automation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of total experience, or master's degree and 10+ years of total experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the following:
• Experience working with enterprise network environments, including design, deployment, or operations of network infrastructure.
• Experience with core networking and security concepts, including routing, switching, firewalls, network monitoring, access management controls, network reliability, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in complex, large-scale enterprise environments and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
• Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, or similar iterative engineering environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
• Able to work onsite 5 days per week in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Able to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
