Troubleshooting

Responsible for investigating causes, testing solutions, and suggesting solutions to reduce the time taken to resolve network-related tickets.

Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.

Operational Issues

Lead and drive technically the operational issues on his own in a high-pressure environment, engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.

Supporting Resources

Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address network-related issues.

Technical Skills

• Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity
• Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT
• Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting
• VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments
• Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA

Networking Fundamentals

• TCP/IP
• BGP
• OSPF
• VLANs
• QoS
• multicast

Soft Skills

• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
