Network Engineer

Position Overview

The Network Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), including wireless networks. They will collaborate with technical teams and department leaders to assess and address network capacity needs. The role also involves developing and maintaining documentation related to network configuration, mapping, processes, and service records, as well as implementing policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery. Additionally, the Network Engineer will monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering
• Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
• Proficiency in F5 load balancing (LTM, GTM) and iRules
• Experience with network automation tools (NetBrain, Ansible) and scripting (Python, YAML)
