Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues across a live, global DoD network using enterprise monitoring tools
- Perform circuit troubleshooting using router commands, loops, alarms, and error analysis
- Create, update, and manage incident tickets using Remedy, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Escalate incidents as needed while coordinating with engineering and operations teams
- Support fault management, alarm surveillance, performance monitoring, and service restorations in a 24/7 environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant networking or NOC operations experience (additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
- Experience with networking technologies such as routers, switches, crypto devices, LAN/WAN, and IP-based transport networks
- Familiarity with technologies including Cisco, Juniper, JRSS, SATCOM, DWDM, Optical Switching, MSPP, or Promina
- High school diploma required
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) required at start date
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment

Skills
Relevant networking or NOC operations experience, familiarity with specific networking technologies, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification are required.
