About the role

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
• Implement and maintain network security protocols
• Resolve network-related problems and provide technical support
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or similar
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• CCNA certification preferred
• Experience with cloud-based networking solutions
• Knowledge of network design and architecture principles

• Technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
