Tier I Networking Related Customer Support
- Works with internet service providers to resolve internet outages
- Affords assistance to team with maintaining network documentation and training guides
- Assists in the configuration of VoIP phones, switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of network services - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing
- Knowledge of computer systems and VoIP communications
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and able to learn new skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a close team environment
- Cisco command line knowledge is a plus
- Network+/CCNA is a plus
- Cat5 cabling experience is a plus
