Network Account Executive

We have a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to patient needs 24/7. Job Summary
The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with provider network accounts across Washington and Oregon. They are responsible for provider relationship management activities including contracting, education, training, customer service, and executing network development strategies. This role serves as a business-facing ambassador for IHCS, positioning us as the preferred partner for value-based home care services.
What You Need To Succeed
- Must reside in WA/OR
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations. Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts
- Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate accountability and dependability
- Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing. Listens attentively and with empathy
- Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others
- Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs
