NetSuite Principal Consultant – WMS Practice

About the role
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements. Participates in business development activities. Assists in the development and configuration of detailed solutions for moderate to complex projects.
4+ years of vertical experience desired, including 6+ years of WMS consulting experience strongly preferred. 7+ years of overall relevant work experience. Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer business requirements.
- Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements.
- Assist in solution development for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components.
- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
- Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and billable utilization targets.
- Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall relevant professional experience, ideally to include functional NetSuite WMS implementations. Competing vendor solution experience may be considered.
- Warehousing, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Point of Sale system experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
- Passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.
- Outstanding client-facing skills and history of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Independently organizes and performs most work required with minimal guidance and direction.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines.
NetSuite SuiteFoundations / ERP Certification is a plus.
Pay
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $93,900 - $143,900 per year.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 - $187,000 per year.
May be eligible for bonus and equity.
